Providing opportunities for those with intellectual disabilities.

Since our non-profit organization was created in 1986, our mission has been to ensure people with intellectual disabilities can be active and valued members of our community who can pursue opportunities and choices in all aspects of their daily lives.

We value diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our services and seek to continue bringing chances for those with intellectual disabilities to access housing, training, activities and supported employment. In the pursuit of this mission, we seek new opportunities to improve our services, introduce new programs and expand our capacity so that we are always striving to provide as much value as we can to our participants and the community.

At Columbian Industries, we believe that persons with disabilities should be given the opportunity to have and enjoy their lifestyle with as much independence as possible. The day programs and supportive living services we provide are a direct reflection of our dedication towards this passion.

We believe that everyone has the freedom to make their own choices and pursue their lives. We believe in the worth and dignity of every person. This belief is at the core of each of our team members and volunteers. Our passion for bringing greater independence to those with intellectual disabilities is what continues to push us forward and seek opportunities to improve our services.
